Enchantment; The Art of Changing Hearts, Minds and Actions

It was awesome to be included on the list of reviewers of Guy Kawasaki’s latest publication titled Enchantment: The Art of Changing Hearts, Minds, and Actions. The book was indeed enchanting.  An enthralling read from page to page. Enchantment gently yet firmly led me deeper into the whole philosophy of Guy’s experiential and measurable capabilities as a successful writer, Apple evangelist and entrepreneur.

I’m definitely going to be re-reading this book many times, as I have only covered the tip of the iceberg with my first pass.

Enchantment has opened up my mind to many more ways to Enchant my Visualmapper colleagues, clients and especially myself.  Guy has laid out the book as a series of natural flowing processes that connect with each other in a very wholistic format. The pages are full of those aHa revelations we often often experience as profound change moments.
The cover leafs of this book states: Enchantment, as defined by bestselling business guru Guy Kawasaki, is not about manipulating people. It transforms situations and relationships.  It converts hostility into civility and civility into affinity.  It changes skeptics and cynics into believers and the undecided into the loyal.  This book explains all the tactics you need to prepare and launch an enchantment campaign; to get the most from both push and pull technologies; and to enchant your customers, your employees, and even your boss.

I encourage you to purchase your own copy of Enchantment ISBN: 9781591843795, as I firmly believe Guy has presented us with a manual for personal and business success.
